    After checking setting such as filtering or automatic distribution, I would like setting so that we are not judged as unwanted e-mail.

We access service home (https://mail.cous.jp/chigasaki/) of the following external link.
We can access from the left QR code. As for the usage of QR code, please see manuals such as cell-phones.

We click each menu and input e-mail address into "e-mail address" column and click "cancellation" button on "confirmation" button, cancellation on "registration" button, delivery situation confirmation, change on registration.
It is replied information for procedure email afterwards to e-mail address that input. Please operate along screen guidance.


3. New registration from email of the sky

(1) We send email of the sky

QR code (registration)

We send email of the sky to the next address. chigasaki@cousmail-entry.cous.jp

We come in mail sending of the sky from the left QR code. As for the usage of QR code, please see manuals such as cell-phones.

(2) The reception of temporary registration reception desk email

Automatic reply email of temporary registration reception desk has been sent when we send email of the sky.
The transmission material is "chigasaki@info.cous.jp" (common).
We click page URL for registration of the email text and access page for registration.

(3) We access site for registration

We access page for registration, and, according to instructions of screen, please let check enter in information in hope of delivery.
Finally please push "confirmation" button.

(4) Completion of this registration

After having pushed "registration" button, it is replied this registration completion email automatically.
If email arrives, registration to chigasaki mail delivery service is completion.

When we change e-mail address, I would like re-registration of e-mail address in the following procedures.

(1) We deliver e-mail address before change and cancel.

  • When you set the domain designated reception, please set to receive "@info.cous.jp".
  • We may automatically block email that we delivered by this service depending on email service of the use as unwanted e-mail. After checking setting such as filtering, I would like setting so that we are not judged as unwanted e-mail. In addition, there is possibility that automatically distributes to unwanted e-mail folder depending on terminal, and is done. About this, I would like setting after confirmation so that we distribute to unwanted e-mail folder and are not done.
  • We do not use personal information (e-mail address) that we collected in this service in purpose except mail delivery.
  • Terminal which E-mail and the Internet are available to is necessary for the use of this service.
  • By this service, we try for accurate reporting, but do not guarantee accuracy, safety.
  • Information, function included in this service does not guarantee that we meet specific purpose of user.
